I have added some articles and tables from the National Health Promotion Board(NHPB)into my science assignment. I compared my meal log to their reconmemded daily allowance of food.
I need to eat more fruits and start eating vegetables. I don't like vegetables because of the taste. These are the main things lacking in my diet.
Difficulties:
There was alot of information on the NHPB. Alot of time was spent to read, choose and simplify the articles in my assignment.
There was some words i did not understand like LDL and HDL cholestrol.
The examples of servings of food and phytochemicals.
Finding out the amount of servings i had a day was confusing as i had to look for the right table from NHPB.
