Week 2 Reflection (9 Nov - 15 Nov)

I started my meal log on monday. I put down what i eat inside my meal log but i did not put in enough detail in it as i just simply put down the name of the food which i ate during the three meals per day.

I realise that i ate lots of oily stuff and friend stuff which is bad for my health. I ate quite a number of snacks too and sometimes for some days i skipped lunch.
